What's Included In Your Annual Residential Fall Service

Power Blowing

All landscaping, rock beds, decorative rock, garden beds, shrubs, bushes, trees, and all turf areas will be blown including the leftover accumulation of leaves and debris within the property.

Hi-Vac Cut & Trim

All turf areas including boulevards will be manicured, cut, and trimmed.

Property Clean Up

All landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, and all turf areas including the residential street will be blown off, before our team leaves, for a clean professional finish.

What's Included In Your Annual Autumn Cleanup

POWER BLOWING

All landscaping, rock beds, decorative rock, garden beds, shrubs, bushes, trees, and all turf areas will be blown including the leftover accumulation of leaves and debris within the property.

HI-VAC LAWN CUT AND TRIM

All turf areas including boulevards will be manicured, cut, and trimmed.

PROPERTY CLEANUP

All landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, and all turf areas including the residential street will be blown off, before our team leaves, for a clean professional finish.

ORGANIC WASTE

All organic waste and leaves will be professionally bagged and brought down to the boulevard near the curb side by default, unless otherwise requested by the homeowner, for safekeeping until we come back to haul away the debris.

ORGANIC WASTE REMOVAL

We offer haul-away services as a bulk option of 10 bags per property. Any additional bag after that is an additional $3.50/bag.

POWER EDGING

Power edging is specifically performed along all driveways, sidewalks, and walkways. Power edging helps deliver proper water drainage and puts water back into the soil where it’s desperately needed. A clean edged curb appeal effect is achieved. (Power edging can be added to any of our packages)

*Leaf debris $3.50 per/bag for haul away. Ten (10) bags $36.75. Additional bags after that is $4.00/bag.

*Due to unpredictable weather patterns such as rain, wind, or wet and damp lawns we will perform the work as soon as weather permits.

*We avoid performing service during rainy conditions. Why? Fall Clean Up can not be done in the rain, as this is not good for our equipment and not safe for our operators.

*We avoid performing service during windy conditions. Why? Neighbours will not be pleased if your organic debris is blowing onto their properties. We wouldn’t appreciate that either.

*As contractors we cannot dispose of your waste in the St. Albert compost yard, instead we must haul it away to the Cloverdale Waste Management facility. Residents can. Your landscaping company/provider cannot!

WEATHER PERMITTING: RAIN/WIND POLICY

Please Note…

Due to unpredictable weather patterns such as rain, wind, or wet and damp lawns we will perform the work as soon as weather permits.
We avoid performing service during rainy conditions. Why? Fall Clean Up can not be done in the rain, as this is not good for our equipment and not safe for our operators.

We avoid performing service during windy conditions. Why? Neighbors will not be pleased if your organic debris is blowing onto their properties. We wouldn’t appreciate that either.

FALL LEAF REMOVAL NOTICE

The city of St. Albert will haul away your leaves left at the boulevard for a short duration from your property. October only, however, it may take days or weeks for Public Works to remove the organic waste and the debris must be in brown paper bags only. We offer a haul-away fee per bag, or a bulk option to haul away everything for you, to the Cloverdale Waste Management facility in Sherwood Park.

Please note: We do not use paper bags in our clean-ups as they hold significantly less debris.

We have to take your organic waste to the Cloverdale Waste Management facility because contractors are prohibited from disposing of waste in the City of St. Albert compost yard. Residents can. Your landscaping company/provider cannot!
